If you thought that Vice City's twin islands offered a huge playground, prepare your mind for a boggling. If you never played San Andreas before, you're missing out on a lot of fun. It has the most replayability, provides the most fun jet packs!!! With the inclusion of things like a country station and a classic-rock station, it almost seems like the game's developers felt the need to offset the game's thuggish subject matter, and ended up with a soundtrack that isn't quite as cohesive as Vice City's.
I play with both the mouse and gamepad. Man this is the best rockstar game so far it kicks everythang in half. Sure, its graphics are ugly and chunky although there's plenty of detail if you look closely , but each of the game's locales nicely captures the look of its real-world counterpart. Jackson does some fine work in the role of the dirty cop, Officer Tenpenny. As for the world and its many side missions, I guess they are okay , typical gta stuff, nothing more nothing less. This is a perfect example of a Fans Only title. I am not sure where most people are coming from when they play the game.
However, bad graphics I can forgive if a game has other worthwhile aspects. You will find even more attractive options as you progress through the game, so I'll leave some intrigue. Dre, Compton's Most Wanted, and Tupac Shakur, this station does a good job of sounding like Los Angeles radio, circa 1992. There's so much stuff you can do in this game- and it isn't copy and paste. The parts of Los Santos that you call home have a very realistic ghetto look that fits perfectly. It was hilarious, in a bad sort of way. Other characters confirmed are Maccer's girlfriend Lou; a 23-year-old black American male called Madd Dog who has a conversation with characters named Wax and Kane; a cop called McGavin; and his girlfriend, a young Italian woman called Maria.

It is just flat out irritating, also some of those same missions the car views keep me from seeing the cones and I always hit them. As in the previous games, most of your progress is accomplished by completing missions for a variety of individuals. I also like the missions and the character personalities. In short, Rockstar has done it again. As you play the game, you also level up certain abilities, such as swimming, combat, cycling, etc.
The game also tracks a lot of other statistics. You can find all the platforms on the Rockstar Games site. You wind up in the country outside the city, where you'll encounter many more great characters and officially embark on your quest to put right what's gone wrong. I could sit here and explain each vehicle type in detail but it would be useless - Bottom line, the vehicles are widely varied in this game. The only thing keeping this game from a 10 from me is the graphics. San Andreas contains some pretty strong radio stations, but the overall selection is a little too scattered. But can these things frustrate you greatly? Yes, both of those multiplayers are still being played.
In the Android version, nothing has really changed. Driving is really easy and flying the planes is possibly the easiest thing I have ever done. The soundtrack and effects are awesome. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster. Parents need to know that this game is raunchy and violent and portrays just about every deviant act that a criminal could think of in full, living 3-D graphics. Jackson, David Cross, James Wood, Ice-T and William Fichtner, who all do an amazing job.
Will the kids like it? Carl's got to go home. Alright, now onto the downsides. The cars behave ok, only the lagging viewpoint behavior lets you run over everything. And even once you arrive at your destination, half the time the mission is going to require that you drive anyway. You can also control the camera with the right side if need be.
While that's the bulk of the game, there's much more to do, and that's San Andreas' real triumph. There's so much stuff you can do in this game- and it isn't copy and paste. But if your child is mature enough to stay away it will be fine. The character models throughout San Andreas look very good as well, though some aspects, like the characters' blocky hands, look a little weird at times. Every time I want to give it another chance but I end up almost smashing my keyboard shouting I will never play it again. Respect is a big one, as it's what you'll be earning the most of as you complete missions. There are strip clubs and other things of that sort.
A plethora of side missions means it never gets boring. The best part of this game is the story. The progression is paced perfectly, and the game offers so much. Los Santos takes after Las Angeles, San Fierro takes after San Fransico, and Las Venturas takes after Las Vegas. San Andreas runs like a dream, with the excellent mouse and keyboard control system of Vice City, extended visual range and atmospheric effects. Overall, if you're looking at reviews and deciding whether to buy the game or not, please don't make the mistake I made.
