As long as the replacement of gear can continue to use, also environmental protection and save money at the same time. Was trying to remove the unit and in order to release cables tried using the emergency release handle. I have also had traction control failure faults in the past that self clear. Couple of cranks and that broke a tooth in the gear.

Re: Parking brake failure repair Had a scare at from my car groomer just now. As a result the actuator was unable to turn the gear and release the parking brake. We recommend inspecting the parking brake shoes, cables and associated hardware any time rear rotors are replaced. Upon inspection we discovered that the original gears in the actuator are plastic. It's the rectangular black box right behind the radiator coolant tank. The wheel bearing isn't communicating with the sensor.
